JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage and integrate Business Insights & Data Analytics for South Cone (Argentina; Chile; Paraguay and Uruguay)
Establish all necessary partnerships to drive performance reporting and analytical insights :
Develop and manage robust performance reporting processes, and producing timely, accurate dashboards and reports using IMS Market, DDS;
Prescription Audits, other competitive intelligence data sources as well as Internal data.
Conduct deep-dive analytics to turn data into actionable insight
Conduct analytical reviews of categories and / or competitors.
Support the Business Operations in developing an ROI and resources allocation culture through development of frameworks and implementing with Business Operations Managers in the business units.
Develop a regular review of commercial expenditure and its effectiveness.
Establish a Commercial Effectiveness culture & mindset which focuses on continuous improvement to drive business performance
Provide high quality, proactive support to the Head of Business Operations and Manager of Performance Management through data analysis, reports, presentations and modelling to share insights and recommendations.
Support the up-skilling of commercial and sales people’s analytical capabilities through training and best practices.
Manage the systems, data warehouse and data management as well as data extraction and management of data.
Manage and monitor development of tools aimed to support Commercial Teams
Provide significant brand planning assistance. Regular contributor to setting commercial and brand strategy, making actionable recommendations grounded in insights from market research and business data.
Lead Business Insights and Data Analytics team to ensure they are highly engaged in their respective functions and working to answer questions that cross functional lines.
Coordinate with other support functions as necessary to ensure smooth collaboration.
Support development of team members and contribute to helping drive excellence in the Sanofi Business Insights and Data Analytics function and the broader Sanofi insights community.
Ensure team is aware and compliant with relevant policies and SOPs
Ensure team budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Manage projects within budgets, schedules and corporate, legal and regulatory requirements and strictly adhere to relevant policies and SOPs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 7 years of Business Insight & Data Analytics experience
Experience leading small teams.
Strong analytical and communications skills
Fluent in English
Degree in Finance; Economics, Business Administration or Life Sciences

Superior analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range of primary marketing research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative design, data analysis and statistics.
Relevant market experience in Pharma, Specialty; Rare Disease or comparable markets.
Knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., prescription and sales data, patient claims data, promotional audits)
Experience in Consulting is a plus
