  • Strategic : 10% Adapt strategy to targeted country by developing and implementing market initiatives and business planMaintain territories mapping and update burst planObtain knowledge of competitors’ activities and market insight to adjust sales tactic and strategiesCollect market insights and customer’s needs.

  • Operations on field : 40% Apply key growth drivers and initiativesGrow company business by achieving orders and sales target objectivesGrow market share by Increasing funnel size and opportunity creationManage and develop Distributors and agent channelAdopt and drive promotion of new products and applicationsDevelop and retain Customers and build relation with key decision makersManage forecast accuracy Develop, maintain and execute a territory planSell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling processProvide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • People Management & Communication (4-8 associates) : 25% Manage sales team and develop themCoach and engage sales team to achieve company goals short and long termBuild a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievementEstablishes clear direction, set goals, target and milestones and holds team accountableMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
  • reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededEnsure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognitionAssess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordinglyProvide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

  • Operations and reporting internal : 20% Standard work implementation (funnel management, 4-2-2, lead generation, use of standard tools as opportunities plan, account plan, pre-calls plan, )Annual business plan and market evaluation,Weekly reports on revenue and margins, actions Status.
  • Rolling ninety-day travel and action plans preparations and weekly updatesSupport Sales team, by coordinating actions with internal support functions

  • Other Duties : 5%

  • KPIs defined by management :

  • Funnel size and number of additions
  • Achieving Sales target
  • Team management (Turnover, engagement, SFE)
  • DBS Adoption

  • 5 years’ experience in providing equipment to Oil & Gas, Power, Refinery and Automotive industries.
  • English required. Ideally experienced with a filtration and separations company.
  • Holder Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Degree

  • Valid driving license
  • Valid passport
  • Prepared to work unsociable hours
