  • Help Desk - SharePoint Core Business Services Requisition # BUE0026X Post Date Dec 03, 2019 Job purpose : · Providingsupport on EY SharePoint applications;
  • EY OneSpace, EY KeySpace and EYInteract. · Settingup SharePoint sites for EY client engagements. · Settingup workspaces for different client engagement roles with specific levels ofaccesses.

  • Usermanagement, enrollment and site administration. · Answering functionalquery from client or user or EY user on behalf of client user.
  • Incident escalationto respective team either on behalf of client or user · Answeringuser queries in a timely manner to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Escalation of changerequest and defects to respective team or contact on behalf of client, team oruser · Logging of calls,requests and incidents, within Service Now · Buildinggood knowledge of internal business processes and to offer guidance to driveefficiencies.
  • Skill requirements : · 1-2 yearsof total work experience preferably in to IT production support on IT tools andapplications.

  • Bachelors or Master'sdegree, in any discipline with strong affinity towards IT tools and applications. · Good working knowledge inSharePoint technology with prime focus on SharePoint site administration.
  • Goodexposure to tools and technology platforms. · Priorexperience of working in ticketing tools. · MSOffice suite (moderate to expert level) - word, excel, power point.
  • Ableto provide functional support in a timely manner and respond to critical usagerequests from the business · Experience in working in amulti-cultural and team environment.
  • PersonalSkills / Experiences : · Haveexcellent communication skills - both written and oral. · Demonstratestrong organizational skills, structured thinking abilities and be able to seea project through to the end.

  • Able todemonstrate 'business acumen' and to be able to identify and challengeinefficiencies · Demonstratestrong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Demonstratean eye for detail. · Beflexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developingbusiness needs.
  • Demonstratecapability to work in a multi-cultural environment and in complex environmentswhere objectives may not always be aligned.
