  • Understand contractual obligations and ensure delivery of services to an agreed service description and
  • SLA / OLA (establishing and ongoing ownership of KPIs as necessary)

  • Responsible for end to end service delivery of networking projects for global customers.
  • An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
  • Meet the end to end Project timelines by ensuring the on-time delivery
  • Define communication plan for all stakeholders, get buy-in for status report format and communicate on defined frequency.
  • Managing proactive communication with customer during the delivery phase, when there are risks or possible delays and including plan Customer Acceptance Tests for the project
  • Order prioritization and ensuring priority is respected during RFC delivery phase
  • Management of the delivery plan at the project level & planning until last site delivery
  • Manage the interface between internal resources and the customer.Who are you?THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
  • Degree in telecommunications, preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ service delivery experience in ISP and in telecom or IT industry managing external / internal customer facing projects
  • Previous involvement in network deployment projects.
  • Technical knowledge preferred in telecom like WAN, LAN.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Languages : English, Portuguese (desirable).
