This position is responsible for generating relevant brand connections that ensure ROI growth and brand building. He / She will be accountable for Media plan and budget, working in partnership with key stakeholders as media agency, media partners, and marketing team.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the digital strategic approach across all Consumer Health brands in LA South markets.
  • Develop a performance-driven strategy aiming to boost online conversions (eComm).
  • Expand and grow our personalization & addressability capabilities across key markets.
  • Plan and optimize media investments with strong focus on efficiency and effectiveness of consumer connections
  • Partner with eCommerce Squad to effectively link commercial & media goals to drive ROI growth
  • Develop reporting and tracking dashboards to keep track on main KPIs and business indicators.
  • Identify and share meaningful insights to marketing team
  • Connect and leverage best practices from other JNJ regions.
  • Reporting position to : Marketing Grouper Latam South

    Education : University degree preferred - Digital Media and marketing courses / certification preferred

    Languages : English

    Computer tools management : Office

    Experience and Skills :

    Required :

  • Demonstrated experience in media management even in media agencies or in massive consumption industry.
  • Digital marketing, audience managements, digital media kpis guru, budget owner specialist, precision marketing / programmatic knowledge.
  • Used to use Google Analytics and involved with DV360 & FB Business Manager.

  • Team working lover and ability to connect with diverse partners.
  • Obsess with consumer trends, technology and media tendencies.
  • Place of Work : Buenos Aires - Argentina

    Contract For, : Full time- Contrato con tiempo indefinido.
