We are looking for a hands on coordinator based in Argentina, to support our region, LATAM , on Procurement & Housing . Our group is in a very important transformation moment, implementing global policies, processes and systems which can give you an opportunity to develop yourself as you exchange practices with coleagues worldwilde.

There are some operational tasks, but only because we need you to work with our global team and make it easier to manage locally in a more simple way purchasing and housing administration.

So you will be responsible for implementing the procurement and housing strategies as part of LATAM countries and for introducing and developing best practices.

In this role, you will have strategic responsibilities both upstream and downstream, including engaging with thought leaders, developing positioning and supporting planning and execution throughout internal and externl customer procurement cycle and managing all supplier contracts.

The Procurement and Housing Coordinator for LATAM region will need to foster strong relationships with several key people in all the countries we have operation (currently Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru), their user community and the global procurement teams for systems, software and services that we contract to support the organization and our customers.

The role currently reports to the Head of Procurement and Housing, in Italy, and drives location-based PR and PO developers.

This is an important role to keep everything related to Housing and Facilities on site, including maintenance, cleaning and all related partners management, but there is also a lot of hands on activities, since we are in a transformation mood, implement new systems, processes and policies.


  • Implement and keep the group's global purchasing strategy for LATAM countries.
  • Develop and execute a purchasing strategy for the locations served.
  • Organize in alignment with an appropriate global or region supplier selection, contracting and governance process.
  • Efficiently organize and execute the purchase-to-pay process with local and global teams.
  • Ensure compliance in all actions and processes.
  • In collaboration with suppliers and other departments, constantly seek ways to improve purchased products and services in terms of cost, quality and service.
  • Manage all activities related to housing and facilities, including rental fleet administration, with operational tasks as well.
  • Contracts management, making sure that we are getting a quality and fair cost service / product, making follow ups with the areas.
  • Work closely to global team on implementation of policies, processes and systems.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.
  • Purchasing and housing experience in industries where IT is business critical (HealthCare / Medical, Software Companies, Banking, Telecom, etc.).
  • Ability and willing to navigate between strategy and operational tasks
  • Analytical and design skills, ability to process problems and perform sound, objective, data-driven analysis to draw logical conclusions.
  • For example, functional requirements, pricing analysis, business analysis.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including proven ability to network cross-cultural relationships in a global environment.
  • Business acumen.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be definitely a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English and Portuguese are required due to frequent contact with people abroad.
