Our People & Culture team
Nu is taking its first steps in Argentina, and we are searching for passionate individuals who are looking to apply their strategic knowledge to help us build strong and diverse teams, while growing our presence in Buenos Aires.
As the Payroll and Comp Lead, you would be one of the first members of the People & Culture team, a fundamental piece to help us shape and foster our culture in Argentina.
You will :
Coordinate and monitor the payroll processing, outsourced to a third party. Inform new employees and terminations, monthly payroll changes and ensure mandatory payroll records are maintained by third party..
Guide new employees through the formal onboarding process in coordination with the third party provider. Collect documentation and make sure all legal requirements are met.
Act as touchpoint for payroll, benefits and office related matters.
Suggest initiatives for employee s well-being, implement and create policies for payroll, benefits and some office processes.
Conduct internal and external benchmarking on payroll delivery best practices and bring up more efficient solutions.
Produce analysis and recommendations regarding compensation and benefits. Source and analyze compensation market data and surveys.
Liaise with the global compensation team for consistency across countries and global reporting.
Temporarily, coordinate travel arrangements for the Argentine team.
