We seek analytics experts to help manage and optimize Nike’s digital footprint through the delivery of insights.

As the Digital Analytics Manager, you will be at the heart of the SOCO Digital business and will inform and support stakeholders to make decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of our goals.

Day to day you will support SOCO’s leadership to drive insights-fueled decisions. More than anyone you will understand the business past and future performance and its KPIs, finding and acting on risks and opportunities.

You will be a permanent partner to most of the business-critical functions including Site Merchandisers, Media, Planning, Finance and Operations.

In summary, you will be key to the success of the business and the driver of well-informed decisions to our leaders.

This position requires a high-energy, organized, and motivated person with strong knowledge of Digital and Retail analytics.

All coupled with high People management focus and excellent communication skills. The right individual will be on top of Online and B&M retail trends as well as the evolution of Analytical tools and techniques.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about being part of high-performing team and possesses a strong business acumen.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on Digital and Retail business reporting and analytics, and team leadership
  • High emphasis on experience leading business reviews (weekly, quarterly, etc) to a team of peers as well as to senior leaders, presenting Financial results and explaining key drivers, actions and recommendations
  • Experience building forecasts and projections for future business performance and KPIs
  • Demonstrable examples of leading business cases for projects and strategic initiatives, managing end to end gathering of revenue drivers and estimating impact on digital KPIs
  • Experience managing a team of experts in digital analytical tools, and understanding of the potential and limitations of each area of analysis including Web analytics, Visualization tools, Database clients, statistical tools, etc
  • Understanding of latest retail trends in e-commerce, online marketing attribution and omnichannel analytics
  • As potentially part of a complex organization, multi geo located, International experience highly regarded, English required
  • Experience working with external partners on Analytics projects.
