About the role
In Beat, we strive to deeply integrate Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams at every stage of product development.
As a Product Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Design, Engineering, Growth, Marketing etc.
so as to ensure that our product delivers the maximum value to our business and to our end users across LATAM.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and growing our Product Operations Specialists team in LATAM. You will act as the main liaison between our tech teams in Europe and local teams in LATAM so as to ensure that our product is optimized to meet the unique local requirements.
You will constantly gather feedback from our user community and local teams, champion their respective needs and identify product issues and opportunities so as to influence every stage of our product development process.
