As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead a GLP-1 Diabetes Sales Team, ensuring business ownership, driving ambitious results, accelerating new ways of working, motivating and developing your colleagues to enhance performance.
You will be a key asset in the development and execution of the business strategies and goals to achieve sales objectives and develop the GLP-1 market.
Main responsibilities :
Ensure the sales team has clear identifiable sales objectives (i.e. KPIS and incentive plans).
Participate in the development of the country sales, marketing and market access strategy and stakeholder engagement plans.
Maintain focus on accountability for results by developing metrics, monitoring progress towards achievement of goals, track attainment of individual system sales goals
Drive cross functional collaboration between key stakeholders to contribute in creating great customer engagement and best in class execution.
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Commercial, Business Administration, Engineering or other related areas.
6 years of experience in Commercial functions, Sales Management, District, Regional and or National Sales Manager.
