The position

As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead a GLP-1 Diabetes Sales Team, ensuring business ownership, driving ambitious results, accelerating new ways of working, motivating and developing your colleagues to enhance performance.

You will be a key asset in the development and execution of the business strategies and goals to achieve sales objectives and develop the GLP-1 market.

Main responsibilities :

  • Ensure the sales team has clear identifiable sales objectives (i.e. KPIS and incentive plans).
  • Participate in the development of the country sales, marketing and market access strategy and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Maintain focus on accountability for results by developing metrics, monitoring progress towards achievement of goals, track attainment of individual system sales goals
  • Drive cross functional collaboration between key stakeholders to contribute in creating great customer engagement and best in class execution.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Commercial, Business Administration, Engineering or other related areas.
  • 6 years of experience in Commercial functions, Sales Management, District, Regional and or National Sales Manager.
  • Availability to travel
