Job Purpose and Impact The Transformation Pilot Analyst will apply general knowledge and analytical skills to work alongside the company's senior leaders to address the issues with the greatest impact for a defined region.

In this role, you will be a key member of an internal consulting group, offering consulting experience to support the corporate strategy and corporate development practice.

Key Accountabilities + Work in small teams to complete strategy projects for defined regions by applying general understanding of strategy.

  • Prepare recommendation documents using well developed communication skills to guide business leaders.+ Participate in various internal networking events or office team building activities to strengthen our team.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience+ Experience participating in team problem solving, managing workstreams and understanding the basics of stakeholder management+ Experience leveraging both written and oral communication to convey complex messages in a simple way+ Experience using data and logic to break down problems and provide recommendations+ Minimum of two years of related work experience+ Advanced oral and written english+ Continuous Improvement mind set Preferred Qualifications + Experience supporting international projects and working with teams with various cultures.
