Manages a team of Quality Assurance Subject Matter Experts by : Conducting monthly reviews of the team members QA reviews for the purpose of accuracy and consistency.
Writing performance appraisals and handling disciplinary issues for team members. Responsible for establishing short and long-term goals for the team.
Staff scheduling and resource planning . Development and delivery of all Quality Assurance related training. Management of the Quality Assurance team workload by monitoring the daily aging reports to ensure that all members of the team are meeting their daily and / or weekly quotas.
Responsible to ensure individual adherence to defined quality categories that are required for all analysts . Support strengthening of Quality program.
Partner with stakeholders to leverage knowledge gained to improve quality results. Proper analysis skills, proper research skills, p roper writing skills, p roper disposition and a dherence to procedural requirements and standards.
Job Skills / Qualifications : English / Spanish Bi-Lingual preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Suite knowledge. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and administrative skills required. Attention to detail necessary. Decision making skills; sound judgment.
A working knowledge of anti-money laundering laws and regulations is important to the performance of this position. The individual should be prepared to provide training in the monitoring of new products when they are implemented.
Three (3) years of experience managing staff. Three (3) years quality review experience. Three (3) years previous AML Investigation or equivalent experience required.
Acknowledged subject matter expert who through guidance and support exerts influence over staff members in the unit. Effectively communicate with all levels of Management both internal and external.
Must be self-motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment.
