As an Analytics Manager your responsibilities may include :
Execute the strategic analytic agenda across multiple lines of business, customer audiences and digital experiences to unlock insights and guide the business - everything from identifying, testing and optimizing new features to the broad level strategic direction that is grounded in data evidence and heavy analytical rigor.
Provide and drive Analytical expertise to multiple teams responsible for monitoring customer behavior across Intel's customer journey to identify and resolve issues, executing the strategic testing, customer experience performance and insights agenda.
Drive development and implementation of Analytical models and AI efforts across the customer journey
Design data collection strategies, frame the right problems to solve, contribute in the development of models, measure and compare model performance, and integrate these models into marketing analytics applications.
Create, manage development and enhancements of Analytical dashboards.
Proactively identify areas where analytical efforts can produce a strong business value add and contribute to the development of the strategic analytics road map.
Comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing technology landscape.
As a successful candidate you will demonstrate :
Deep understanding of the architecture related to marketing technology instrumentation and how it's executed end-to-end, leveraging a thorough understanding of data structures, tagging, server and client-side data integration.
Utilize technical knowledge to lead data audits and debugging to ensure digital data issues and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
SME for marketing / ad technology data sets and top vendors, data formats, considerations, limitations and capabilities and their application to data models (i.
e. DMPs, CDP, 1st / 2nd / 3rd Party Data, Cookie stitching)
Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Business (Marketing, Website Development, Business Units) and technical teams to translate needs into Analytics solutions - including data integration, data warehousing, data tagging, QA reporting and testing.
Power user of existing tools and improve upon them to maintain world-class Analytics outputs.
Must possess strong marketing analytics and technical capabilities.
Must have experience implementing client-side tracking and tagging end-to-end.
Must have strong understanding of data and tagging implementations and it's impact on downstream analytical deliverables and recommendations.
Experience managing a team of technically advanced professionals and projects.
Experience directing data scientist and modeling efforts
Extensive experience working with website, marketing and CRM datasets and comfort working across different data platforms.
Experience managing in a highly matrixed organization and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, able to drill deep into technical and analytical issues while also clearly translating terms and issues to non-technical stakeholders.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships and / or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing or related field.
5+ years in relevant analytics and / or development experience.
Languages - Fluent in Spanish and English,
Portuguese would also be an added advantage
Experience with the following analytical capabilities their ability and their limitations :
DMPs / CDPs
1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data
Data structure, vendors and their limitations
Data applications and activations
