Partner Engagement / Director (PEM)
We're looking for exceptional candidates to join the Customer Success Group to help Partners within the Salesforce ecosystem be more successful with their customer implementations.
Customer Success begins with a successful implementation and the Partner Engagement / Director (PEM) engages with our Partners to scale customer success to Partner-led accounts.
Our team of experts are aligned to Salesforce products / platforms and we work with our colleagues in Sales, Alliances, Success and Services to support Partner Ecosystem through providing guidance, reviewing project deliverables and helping to reduce / resolve Red Accounts.
This role helps to ensure Partners and customers are setup for success long term.
This role will be office and / or remote based with emphasis on in person collaboration with partner teams and remote virtual meetings. 25% travel required.
Experience / Skills Required :
10+ years of experience delivering consulting services with preferably 5+ in SFDC solutions5+ years scoping, sizing, leading, and managing project implementation teams for enterprise-
level, complex CRM projects, preferably in SFDC solutionsExperience and technical understanding of one or more Salesforce products / platforms including Cross Cloud, CPQ, Billing, FSL, Health Cloud and Commerce Cloud highly recommended Salesforce certifications in at least the Core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MC).
5+ years of experience with a Global System Integrator highly preferred (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, etc)Excellent analytical & problem solving skills with demonstrated technical and / or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholdersExtremely strong negotiation and influencing skills to review key Partner deliverables such as proposals, staffing plans, architectural recommendationsExtremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role.
