Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (NP) is the global developer, manufacturer and marketer of pre-moistened wipes for the consumer market, specializing in personal care, hygiene, household cleaning and disinfection products.

We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team! POSITION PURPOSE This is a 12 hour rotating shift, working 6 pm -

6 am, on a 2-2-3 schedule. Proactively maintains production equipment and facilities for maximum availability. Responds to unscheduled downtime calls as required and makes required repairs to provide maximum availability.

Works on trials and special projects, including capital projects as requested. Assists / mentors operators to increase effectiveness and uptime.

Always works safely in a team environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES 1. Maintains machines proactively to support plant / department goals for productivity, waste, quality, and safety.

2. Assures guarding, facilities and equipment are in good working order.3. Sets up and operates machine and performs necessary duties to meet manufacturing and quality targets at a minimum after repairs are completed.

4. Detects, records and reports defective equipment to the Shift Manager and the Maintenance planner. 5. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

6. Must be familiar with basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks stated above.7. Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine maintenance work functions.

8. Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per instruction.9. Fills in running machines when necessary.

Effective verbal and written communication with supporting departments 4. Managing line needs based on priority and effectively working with all departments QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / CERTIFICATION :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • vocational training preferred REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE :
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Working knowledge of the requirements of OSHA with respect to machine guarding and other maintenance-related topics EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
  • 5 years industrial maintenance experience required
  • Industrial Electrical experience required
  • Experience with automated production equipment preferred
  • Experience in a Consumer Products environment preferred SKILLS / ABILITIES :
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume work environment
  • Willing to work with and train operators in the cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of equipment as it relates to total productive manufacturing
