About The Role :

Provides technical support for users' community, maintains accounts, solves issues in alignment with defined corporate KPI s to ensure stable quality of IT support.

Uses and update Service Desk knowledge base.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides administrative / technical support.
  • Solves the technical issues and queries.
  • Acknowledges, dispatches and track the issues and service requests.
  • Responds to routine requests for information.
  • Reports progress to the client at significant project milestones.
  • Communicates with authorities, external partners, suppliers etc.
  • Assembles relevant data, and compiles information as directed.
  • Controls respecting of company rules by users.
  • Solves the issues within agreed timeframe and quality.
  • Supports IT dept. working on other IT support related projects.
  • Collect, document and publish information in knowledge base and create guidelines for Service Desk and user community.
  • IT equipment inventory.
  • Requirements :

  • Computer systems engineer (desired).
  • 2 years experience in IT user support.
  • Advance English level.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office Applications, PCs, basic knowledge of LANS, Internet.
  • Experience of software installations, upgrades.
  • Building Of Trust.

  • Communication And Collaboration.
  • Deep focus on communication, Ability of empathy, negotiation and information mining.
