The Voice Network administrator will work with our Voice team in the support of our internal voice and network infrastructure.
This infrastructure is the one that gives internal and external telephony service to our users and works closely to the Microsoft Teams service.
The candidate will be part of a local team in BA already working on this infrastructure and will be involved in monitoring, incident resolution and change implementation.
Knowledge about Cisco networking technology in general. Understanding of SIP protocol. Understanding of VoIP. CCNA training a plus if person is certified Knowledge about MS Teams. Powershell
