POSITION TITLE : CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (Tele-Caller )
JOB DESCRIPTION :
To handle queries and complaints from customers politely and professionally
Provide excellent consultative experience to customers at every interaction.
Analysing customer needs and recommending projects based on those needs.
Keeping records of customer interactions and maintaining the same in CRM.
New customer acquisition, improve client retention, analysing their needs and offer services accordingly.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :
Having minimum 1 (One) year plus of working experience in a similar role from Real Estate Industry or in Outbound / Inbound BPO.
Graduate / Under-graduate in any stream.
Excellent Communication skills (English, Hindi & Bengali).
Open to both Female & Male profiles
CTC : In the range of Rs 2.40 LPA - Rs 3.60 LPA + Incentives.
Job Timing :
Roster timing but no night shift.
