TMF Group Argentina is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist.
We have an opportunity for a motivated, resourceful and independent Senior Recruiter to help source, attract, best talent to join TMF Group in our Argentina office.
This role will be an integral part of the Americas Recruitment team and will be based in Buenos Aires and will be a driving force in building our employer brand in this market.
You will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners to understand organisational and team structures, so that you can seek the right talent in a timely manner.
As the expert you will provide recruitment advice and recommendations as well leveraging your negotiation and relationship skills to manage and close candidates at the offer stage.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete multiple tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and work with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing of candidates through industry networking and direct headhunting.
Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes managing the approvals process, sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview co-
ordination, offer & on-boarding processes.
Building strong pipeline of talent whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis.
Ensure cost effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent.
Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders.
Create partnerships with top universities and drive social media branding.
Be part of a key member of the global recruitment team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment programs.
Actively engages with customer to understand needs and will place a high priority on client service and satisfaction and quality of the deliverables.
Prioritises clients’ issues and address them accordingly.
Understands TMF Groups' business lines and any relevant local regulatory requirements.
Be able to demonstrate the impact of own actions on immediate team be able to influence managers on hiring decisions.
Plans, coordinates and manages internal and external tasks to deliver results in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Informally and formally manages expectations of more senior colleagues regularly.
Manages internal and external stakeholders' expectations with regards to delivery, escalating concerns as appropriate.
Is able todeal with conflict in a controlled manner and persuade other Executive’ level staff.
Builds credibility across all stakeholder groups.
Key knowledge and Requirements :
Good market knowledge and network in Argentina and ideally (Other countries in South America will be considered as a plus).
At least 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience with an in-house role.
Proactively provide up-to-date market information and recruiting practices.
Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques.
Strong experience with University Strategy such as, branding, career fairs, events etc.
Must have excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity.
Be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Advanced English skills is a must.
