As a Salesforce Admin, you will be a part of a team that supports the end-to-end execution of Cloudbeds Salesforce ecosystem.

A Salesforce Admin works with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure the company’s day-to-day operations are running smoothly. A Salesforce Admin plays a critical role in the scaling of the organization.  We have grown from 100 users to over 500 in a matter of two years which has increased the complexity of the processes and the way teams interact cross-functionally. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be expected to know and execute best practices based on your understanding of the platform.

Location: Remote - Argentina

What You Will Do: 

  • Responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our database
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and other automation
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules
  • Identify, install and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange for event management, mass email, document merge, and more
  • Document customizations made in Salesforce

You’ll Succeed With:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while utilizing proven project management methodologies
  • Expert knowledge of sales productivity tools such as Outreach, Chilipiper, Lean Data, etc.
  • Position requires exceptional people skills with the ability to effectively interact and work with diverse personalities
  • Experience with Process documentation and training
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 201 and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification is REQUIRED
