Evaluating and recommending required distributor's technical service structure, as well as supervising installations to improve working efficiency within the organizational units, to be familiar with their technical personnel, infrastructure and other day-to-day activities.
Developing warranty processes and approvals, to guarantee a timely and complete resolution of customer claims.
Controlling loaners and replacement equipment storage.
Installing software (up-grades) and equipment, to direct clients and distributors.
Promote a a customer service focal point in installation moment, to generate customer brand loyalty.
4. Team and finance management
Manage all team resources in an effective way, taking care of LOB P&L.
Associate must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker Code of Conduct, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
Implementing and coordinating technical training programs for distributors, technical service personnel and clients, aiming to increase their knowledge on the equipment usage care.
