To contribute by designing marketing plans (aligned with Global strategy), and lead implementation;
To be responsible and monitor including budget management and administration;
To ensure right positioning (right drug for the right patient), sales and profitability;
To establish trustful relationship with medical societies and experts to ensure adequate level of scientific information and programs for all physicians;
To adapt, challenge and design Global strategy to achieve the objectives of positioning, sales and profitability;
To develop scientific programs : DME activities;
To monitor actions to ensure compliance and eventually correct in a timely manner if any detours;
To define product communication strategies;
To adapt locally using the key messages and develop promotional materials for physicians, POP, OS and other stakeholders;
To implement Programs POP / PSP ensuring compliance with quality standards for the initiation and subsequent handling of new programs;
To lead contact with KOLs, Specialists and Medical Societies to build trust long relationships;
To train sales force in relation to the product, market, strategy, plans and objectives of the brand in order to provide the tools for successful performance;
To plan the Sales Forecast to ensure existence of optimizing the level of product SiT;
To manage budget allocation to each marketing action and conduct related oversight;
To interact with scientific area (Medical Advisor, MSL);
To forecast sales and inventory analysis.

Must have a Marketing, Administration, Business Commercialization, Health Science (medicine, biology, psychology, pharmacy) Bachelor Degree or adequate equivalent;
A post grade education will be a plus, such as MBA;
Must have at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing services ideally in management position;
Must have experience in High Specialty Therapeutic Areas or similar;
Must have experience in developing, implementing and managing marketing strategies for Private or Government Market;
Must have experience and a deep understand of access;
Must have experience in brand management position;
Must have experience working or bringing support to Patient Oriented Programs;
Must have experience working with vendors and creative agencies;
Must have experience in events production;
Must have strong skills in data analysis;
Must have experience in training sales force;
Must have Project Management skills to deliver on time each project;
Must have experience in analysis marketing information;
Preferably working before in Pharma companies;
Must have experience and knowledge with the Healthcare Systems procedures and guidelines;
Has excellent abilities to communicate, influence, persuade and negotiate with different teams and stakeholders;
Has high ethic and integrity skills;
Looks always for Operational Excellence;
Has the ability to solve problems and complex issues;
Has team player skills;
Advanced English skills (written, reading and speaking).
