Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

Leadership : Today’s complex business environment calls for a new approach to leadership, with focus on co-creating meaningful value with and for all stakeholders and customers.

The leadership will focus on the following roles : Visionary, Architect, Coach and Catalyst.

As Visionary, leads with a clear compelling purpose and vision, working with the teams to translate that vision into value to our organization, customers and patients.

As Architect, in close collaboration with affiliates Affiliate, Regional and Global stakeholders, envision, co-create, plan, execute and forge sustainable business relationships and mutually successful partnerships with International and Strategic Accounts.

This requires letting go of limiting assumptions and beliefs in order to allow new forms of business and organizational models to emerge.

As Coach, cultivate LATAM commercial talent by initiating regular people Discussions focused on how we enable the commercial talents to collaborate, grow, and maximize their full potential.

As Catalyst, advise LATAM affiliates on optimum Operating Model, sales force deployment, account management, resource allocation, incentives structure, potential assessment and business planning, as well as embed Commercial Excellence competencies.

All of the above, by removing roadblocks that prevent empowered teams from bringing ideas to reality.

  • Commercial Readiness : Lead and execute strategic deals, in collaboration with her / his team and Stake Holders from the Region and Affiliates.
  • Having that alignment s / he will be always supporting regional and affiliates teams to achieve our goals by actively participating in planning sessions and customer meetings.

  • Support / lead 360 institutional account plans and shape big public tenders, value-based public procurement & reimbursement policy in key public ecosystems by integrating Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial & Marketing to guarantee a unique and differentiated customer voice and maximize our business development opportunities.
  • Commission, lead or participate on cross-functional teams in EMEA-LATAM & DIA / PHARMA as needed.
  • Beyond the Lab : Being that leader and role model, with capabilities to influence other leaders, colleagues, partners and customers by leveraging our TransformD strategy.
  • Always focusing on adding value to health care and patients.

  • Responsible for operationalizing & building high-performance commercial and market access teams across LATAM in line with our vision & TransformD
  • Inspiring the team to always think and execute beyond the lab, empowering and supporting them on driving high-level conversations by positioning our strategy and aligning our Value Proposition with our customers Value Proposition.
  • Create and develop strategies to effectively position our Value Proposition and solutions for Payers, Health Ministries, C-Suite and Decision-Making stakeholders.
  • Pioneer New Business Models and New Ways of Working by leading a team able to adapt to change, act with simplicity and execute with total clarity on impact and results.
  • People Development : Lead with focus on team members’ next steps and development plans by supporting them having the right understanding on impact for them and for the organization.

    Bring 100% clarity on team members’ career planning and always support them on taking the right decisions and act with alignment between that plan, expectations and impact.

    Give frequent and effective support to the Commercial Excellence & Innovation Leader on the educational approach to ensure and accurate execution that better support our organization results.

    Other responsibilities : Responsible for P&L for Public Accounts as well as leading the relationship with Regional Health Organizations & NGOs.

    To be successful in this role you bring the following qualifications :

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business. MBA and / or post-graduation are a plusAt least five years of experience in commercial leadership positions and experience working internationally and within Public Healthcare sector and In-Vitro Diagnostics marketStrong strategic thinking skills and high business acumen.

    Ability to define medium-long term strategic plan while delivering on short term results and quick winsTrack record of delivering outstanding results through careful planning, innovative approaches and skillful adjustments and of success in a matrix organization, with demonstrated experience in orchestrating strong collaboration amongst Market Access, Medical, Regulatory & Marketing teamsStrong people management and stakeholder management skills, well organized with ability to prioritize, able to simultaneously initiate, motivate, lead and complete multiple tasks with and without direct authorityExcellent leadership, negotiation and influencing skills.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to simplify and articulate complex information / situation at the right level of detail depending on the audience and topic at handFluent in English and Spanish.

    Portuguese is a plusPrepared to travel frequently ( 30% of time)
