The role

Kin + Carta is hiring a Program Manager to join our global Salesforce platform team and use the platform to help drive our internal digital transformation.

Role responsibilities

As the Program Manager on the Salesforce Team you will have the opportunity to make a very large impact to the digital transformation of our organization by leading a program of cross functional teams that span across multiple and continually expanding geographies, disciplines, and collaborate with stakeholders all across our global organization.

You will be at the helm of managing our implementation team, product team, and business empowerment team made up of super users across the organization to implement a mission critical roadmap encompassing streamlining core business operations as well as bringing new acquisitions on board.

You’ll be responsible for translating the Salesforce strategic objectives into a delivery strategy and plan. You’ll align the program on KPIs and ownership of goals, priorities, roles and responsibilities, timelines and approach.

Minimum qualifications

3+ years of experience managing complex product.

3+ years of experience improving business operations experiences related to finance or accounting

3+ years of experience in successful enterprise-wide deployments of large scale systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

2+ years of experience directing the investment of an enterprise-wide platform or product from concept through to production

4+ years of experience managing programs using Agile principles and well versed in Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe. Bonus if experienced in Agile Transformation!

Preferred qualifications

Outstanding written and verbal English skills

A desire to work collaboratively as part of a high-powered team

Empathy for end users and stakeholders, and a desire to provide excellent service

Enthusiasm for Digital Transformation, and helping users unlock the power of data and automation

Experience in helping teams to deliver business outcomes

Understanding of Data Governance

Experience in business operations such as talent management and forecasting, project management, utilization management, revenue management and forecasting, accounting

Drives programs by leveraging data to inform recommendations and decisions

Experience in Performance & Development of employees

Experience in consulting and agile transformation
