The role

Kin + Carta is hiring a Program Manager to join our global Salesforce platform team and use the platform to help drive our internal digital transformation.

Role responsibilities

  • As the Program Manager on the Salesforce Team you will have the opportunity to make a very large impact to the digital transformation of our organization by leading a program of cross functional teams that span across multiple and continually expanding geographies, disciplines, and collaborate with stakeholders all across our global organization.
  • You will be at the helm of managing our implementation team, product team, and business empowerment team made up of super users across the organization to implement a mission critical roadmap encompassing streamlining core business operations as well as bringing new acquisitions on board.
  • You’ll be responsible for translating the Salesforce strategic objectives into a delivery strategy and plan. You’ll align the program on KPIs and ownership of goals, priorities, roles and responsibilities, timelines and approach.
  • Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex product.
  • 3+ years of experience improving business operations experiences related to finance or accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in successful enterprise-wide deployments of large scale systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • 2+ years of experience directing the investment of an enterprise-wide platform or product from concept through to production
  • 4+ years of experience managing programs using Agile principles and well versed in Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe. Bonus if experienced in Agile Transformation!
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Outstanding written and verbal English skills
  • A desire to work collaboratively as part of a high-powered team
  • Empathy for end users and stakeholders, and a desire to provide excellent service
  • Enthusiasm for Digital Transformation, and helping users unlock the power of data and automation
  • Experience in helping teams to deliver business outcomes
  • Understanding of Data Governance
  • Experience in business operations such as talent management and forecasting, project management, utilization management, revenue management and forecasting, accounting
  • Drives programs by leveraging data to inform recommendations and decisions
  • Experience in Performance & Development of employees
  • Experience in consulting and agile transformation
