The Head of Acquisition within the Growth team at Rappi is responsible for building and driving crucial marketing capabilities from ideation phase all the way to becoming a successful revenue earning engine across all the cities we serve.
Managing a team of 20 + performance marketing experts (ca. 6 direct reports), across Paid Social, Search, Display, Influencer, Referral, Offline and SEO / ASO
Plan and controlling of our monthly seven figure marketing budgets for all performance marketing channels
Measure, analyse and report performance of online marketing campaigns & impact on the overall business
Control performance of all channels on a weekly basis, driving actions in order to achieve our ambitious targets
Plan and define channel OKRs on a quarterly basis - ensuring and driving the team to achieve their targets
Working hand in hand with product to define the quarterly product roadmap for the acquisition department
Working closely with Brand to optimize creative processes in order to improve creative performance
Develop and coordinate the implementation of our international marketing strategy
You will be reporting directly to the CMO
Minimum 6 years of experience in online marketing, in a heavily performance driven environment
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team with more than 8 employees
Prior experience managing 7 figure monthly budgets
First hand experience with Paid Social, Search, Display, Influencer, Referral, Offline and SEO / ASO
High level of experience working with stakeholders across product, tech, brand, customer service and sales.
Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
Exceptional problem solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with high complex business challenges
Excellent working knowledge of analytics & tracking tools (e.g Appsflyer, Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase)
Knowledge of Ad Tech and attribution models
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree required, having an MBA is a plus
Proficient English and Spanish
