We are looking for an individual with an exceptional background in Customer Service. You'll be speaking with businesses from around the world and guiding them through the process of using our site and completing transactions.

We are looking for a passionate individual who knows how to provide great customer service and loves watching clients businesses improve with the help of the world's safest payments platform.

The BA CX AML team will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Provide world-class customer support and experience to all users via inbound and outbound emails, chats, and potentially phone
  • Review and process and KYC requests
  • Check, verify or cancel pending withdrawal requests for users
  • Review and process fraud alerts for and
  • Check and approve the validity of projects requested for posting on the site
  • Sanction accounts and user-initiated actions on the site as necessary
  • Investigate and write Fraud Gang analysis and Post-Mortem Analysis of escalated cases / process failures
  • Other tasks that the company may deem fit and necessary to provide superb customer experience and keep the site safe and secure at the same time
  • Requirements

    What qualifications are required / must for applicants?

  • Must be customer-obsessed with an awesome attitude and strong work ethics
  • A self-starter and quick-learner with superb ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Speaks fluent English and with excellent written communication skills
  • Must be a data-oriented and research-driven critical thinker
  • Loves to resolve problems and think outside the box
  • A computer savvy with strong internet navigation skills and with at least 65 wpm typing skills
  • What experience is required / must for applicants?

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Which requirements and experiences are nice-to-haves / pluses?

  • Experience in any of the following : Identity verification and profile curation Photo forensics, document-checking, validation, and verification Fraud detection, investigation and mitigation Content moderation and Terms of Service enforcement Customer retention Finance / accounting background Knowledge in SQL
