About the Team
The Global Field Compensation Controlling CoE operates as a global team within the Finance Board Area. We are responsible for the end to end bonus accrual and forecasting process and it is the responsibility of this team to understand the Revenue Generating Bonus Plan Framework and design tools to reflect these requirements.
Purpose and Objectives
This position is responsible for the end to end bonus accrual and forecasting process for an entire business unit . This includes analyzing revenues and costs, preparing reporting and analyzing trends to aide management in decision making on compensation policies.
In this position the individual communicates with Finance / Controlling, Record to Report Team, Local Chief Accountants, Payroll, HR and other connected functions.
This position would also be responsible for ensuring compliance with both the internal and external auditors.
