Yourresponsibilities lie in conducting surveys, maps and evaluate the businessoperating practices. Formulating flowcharts, defining the circuits and keepthem all updated.
Setting KPI's measurements and tracking performance will alsobe vital to the role, aside from managing documentation associated with theCompany's policies and guidelines.
Theposition requires the ability to interact with all sectors of the company(Internal Client) working in a team with results orientation.
Tosucceed in this detail-driven role, you will need 3 years of experience in processand procedures analysis or equivalent, developed in financial servicescompanies.
Understanding electronic and Digital payments is highly valuable.Ideally a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IndustrialEngineering.
English proficient speaker that possess great interpersonal andcommunication skills, while skilled in MS Office, embracing systems like Visio,Wrike, Ludic Chart and other Project Management Software.
