Collateral Services Operations
J.P. Morgan's Collateral Services is an agency servicesupporting safekeeping, margin management and optimization of collateral forthe securities financing market.
Collateral requirements arise from a variety ofunderlying financing transactions including; securities lending, repurchaseagreements as well as secured funding and margin requirements for derivativesactivity.
Summary of Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the position is toprovide comprehensive support for the day to day Operations group within theCorporate Investment Bank.
Ensure timelines and service delivery standards arecontinually achieved.
Risk mitigation and escalation of issues in a timelymanner.
Comply with policies, procedures and controls at alltimes for the safety of company and clients.
Partnership with multiple groups within the companysuch as technology, client service and other operational teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements andvalue-added initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changingenvironment with demanding timelines and deadlines.
Team player, with experience working in matrixorganizations.
Internal and external client service orientation.
Solid communication skills in English (written andverbal).
Capacity to work effectively with diverse styles andacross cultures.
Bachelor’s degree (or in the last year of study) fromleading academic institution.
Banking Industry Experience / risk management are a plus.
