EXECUTIVE Massalin Particulares is seeking for talented people to join Marketing team in Buenos Aires. Principal Responsibilities :
Development of data driven strategies ensuring the right consumer receives the right message at the right time in the right channel.
Leveraging your understanding of big data, data mining, segmentation, and reporting to increase key performance indicators of all the consumer journey stages.
Ensure 1-1 customized marketing utilizing unique consumer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and related toolkits.
Lead partner agencies to personalized marketing strategies and tactics to maximize brand engagement and advocacy.
Develop close relationships with digital content analyst to inspire ideas and ensure consistency in messaging and creative across channels to help drive the most impactful cross-channel consumer experience.
Develop data capture strategy to link all consumer data to build 360 view of consumers.
Develop value added suggestions based on ad-hoc analyses & research.
Be the referent of email marketing and analytic tools giving support to brand teams to develop tactical campaigns.
Leverage analytical tools (Google Analytics) to understand onsite behavior, e.g.
click through rates, golden pathways, conversion analysis, marketing effectiveness Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economy, IT andor Data Analytics.
2-3 years of experience in CRM.
1-3 years' experience in any email marketing tool (SalesForce Marketing Cloud experience preferred).
2-3 years of experience in Google Analytics.
Excellent spoken and written level of English is an asset
