EY GDS Argentina is looking for a Total Rewards Sr. Analyst to be part of a global scope team, working with multiple stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities :

  • Leverage experience in HR to contribute to the practice at GDS within different HR areas
  • Deliver all administrative tasks of Benefits granted to GDS AR employees
  • Backoffice tasks & contact with vendors
  • Drive events for all GDS employees, such as monthly birthdays
  • Deliver high quality work on global client projects as a part of the global distribution team
  • Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content
  • Ability to work in a changing and ambiguous environment handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations
  • Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

  • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 3-4 years of experience in HR roles
  • Degree in Law / Finance / HR
  • Work experience in HR Transformation programs and working as part of a global distributed team
  • Analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
