Your main responsibility will be calculate and communicate compensation for all partners across the firm.
In this role you will conduct benchmarking analysis of roles by reviewing external and internal data and assigning compensation ranges.
This includes preparing incumbent data reports and analyses, and maintaining compensation ranges.
Furthermore, you will lead routine reporting, including structuring reports and identifying improvement opportunities. You will support the annual process of providing global wage inflation information and annual increase guidelines to offices, and will assist with the administration of year-
end compensation for specific populations.
Serving as a compensation subject matter expert, you will prepare presentations for leaders on a range of compensation topics.
Lastly, you will implement and maintain compensation software.
