To lead, manage and develop the overall performance of the product portfolio with a population health focus. Lead and develop a hard-working team and build effective and enduring business relationships with key customers / decision makers / government

Major Accountabilities :

  • Manage Product launch project with a population health focus.
  • Negotiate, influence and persuade partners at all levels.
  • Being able to influence and obtain results through others.
  • Define, drive and coordinate the strategic product plan execution by ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with customers (e.g. physicians, key accounts, specialty pharmacies, KOLs and payors) to support medical and commercial activities in alignment with compliance guidelines
  • Partner with other franchises and support in the development of an agile, customer-led digital and customer solutions strategy which meets the evolving needs of the business, our customers and patients.
  • Key Performance Indicator(s) :

  • Product revenue and revenue growth, market share and market share growth, profitability
  • Operational Excellence
  • Our Voice survey, D&I KPIs, Succession plans strength, High profile turnover
  • Essential :

  • Extensive experience in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Superior interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • People Management experience, strategic insights, skills to work in a competitive environment
  • External customer focus with strong networking capabilities.
  • Experience in Public Health is desirable
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree. MBA desired.
  • Proficiency in English
