KCP LAO Key Accounts Manager Job Description Responsibilities :

  • Provide written plans to select and penetrate target account headquarters by key market segment. Develop, implement and monitor plans and programs to achieve segment and Regional objectives.
  • Provide timely feedback on objectives, projects, workload, budgets, or other issues that could affect objectives.
  • Be an active and highly effective member of the Regional Leadership team global key accounts team and LAO extended leadership team in developing and implementing programs and strategies to meet key account objectives.
  • The role will interact frequently with other members of the Global Accounts team, as well as the Latin America teams.

  • Coordinate with Regional Director of Sales Global Key account team, Key Customer Executives, Cluster Customer and Channel marketing and GMs, the plans for identifying and converting Account locations in the Region.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings to ensure National Latin America account sales plans are communicated, understood and achieved.
  • Regularly communicate on the status of plans and programs, competitive activity, deviations and issues that could affect objectives.

    The role is responsible for :

  • Actively support the development of Regional team members by mentoring new team members and by sharing Regional account, market segment and KCP knowledge and experience.
  • Maintain regular communication concerning issues and opportunities that could impact National or Regional results.
  • Establish and maintain highly effective business partnerships with distributors focusing on Global & Regional Accounts based in Latin America.
  • 50% of the role is implementing and calling on global accounts in the Latin America market and 50% is driving regional accounts based in Latin America.

  • Establish joint target accounts and strategies to accelerate account growth.
  • Ensure Kimberly-Clark account agreements are clearly communicated and effectively implemented at all locations.

  • Establish, maintain, audit and review regional purchasing programs for large multi-location end users at the corporate headquarters level to improve penetration of these accounts at the local user level with the goal being 100% compliance.
  • Minimum Qualifications : -Bachelor’s degree is required. -Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success in sales experience. -Strong oral and written communications skills -Proof of successful sales track record -Tactfully Aggressive -Travel by air / car required -Demonstrable skills and proficiency in personal computer systems and applications -Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development Preferred Qualifications : -Preferred candidate possesses extensive knowledge of industrial manufacturing and applicable distribution channels within the market segment.

  • Five or more years of documented sales success and experience in related markets -Proof of a successful track record -Prefer candidate to be in the Top 10% of Sales Force -Experience using CRM tools as SFdC -Spanish and English (mandatory, fluent), Portuguese (optional, basic) Travel : 75% Global VISA and Relocation Specifications : Primary Location Argentina-Buenos Aires Austral-Madero Additional Locations Brazil -Sao Paulo Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Time Type Full time
