Better requires process discipline and simplification We will be looking for you to join our collaborative team of Treasurers who are responsible for treasury logistics.
Your role will be key to control our armored truck vendors which we use throughout the country. Control and distribute approved invoices managing billing difference claims to ensure punctuality and accuracy of payments.
You will be monitoring the agreements and insurance policies of suppliers. Control and analysis of accounting provision balance, accounting imputations, and monthly reconciliations will be the main task.
You will assist in all planning duties including estimating future collection services costs, analyzing deviations, and developing forecast models.
Support management with budget assessments and mitigation activities proposals. Produce reports that evaluate operational and cost indicators identifying areas where improvements can be implemented.
You will have to estimate the annual cost and monitor the evolution on weekly basis. You will work alongside internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any issues.
From time to time you may be asked to get involved in some project work to look at ways the team can streamline processes.
A bachelor’s degree or advanced student in Finance or related is desired. For such a detail-oriented role, you will need to have 2-3 years of experience having worked in a similar operational Treasury role within financial services (desirable).
In this role, you will be expected to have an intermediate / advanced English level and advanced Excel and PowerPoint. You should have very good planning and organizational skills.
