We are currently looking for Team Manager to work on our team.

Focused on achieving operational targets, results oriented, people developing. Operations manager in charge of client delivery and people management.

Responsibilities :

  • KPIs tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Keep track of the agents productive times and report them weekly.
  • Maintain and improve sales productivity and individual / team performance management.
  • Clear mapping of team outliers for operational metrics, KPIs forecast, individual and team performance analysis.
  • Follow up and document the team's performance / behaviours with effective coachings, feedback and performance improvement plans at individual level.
  • Mapping, coaching and tracking agent’s skill development, schedule adherence and working attitude.
  • Design, implement, follow up and track action plans at team level to improve / maintain results.
  • Propose, implement and report RCAs to find outliers, insights, highlights and lowlights when needed.
  • Present results, action plans and improvement progress to the client on a weekly basis.
  • Keep the team motivated and constantly improving.
  • Developing incentives plans.
  • Skills required :

  • At least 1 year of experience leading a sales / pitching or customer experience teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Advanced level of English .
  • Driven person in high pressure environments. Proactivity is a must!
  • Attention to detail.
  • Advanced comprehension of Google tools : Spreadsheets, Slides, Docs, etc.
  • Pitching / Sales Experience!
  • Skills desired :

  • Knowledge in Google Ads (Search, Video, Display and Apps), Analytics & Tag Manager.
  • Previous leading Sales teams.
  • Experience in Structure Roles. Location : Buenos Aires. We are working 100% remotely due to the current health situation for COVID-19.
  • Shift : Full Time.
