Key Role Accountabilities : In partnership with World Wide Commercialization teams, Latam and ICON Strategy and Operations and local teams, the Business Development & Operations Manager is accountable for : Collaborate in the Long Term Business Plan design and implementation in coordination with the LATAM S&O, Finance Directors and the Country Managers Designing and implementing new innovative business models and commercialization solutions and aligned with LATAM Strategy.
Drive specifically identified transformational and growth projects across LATAM. Prepare and coordinate the Business Reviews and strategic sessions Sharing learnings with the LATAM, Intercontinental region, the World Wide Commercialization teams and the other markets.
Overseeing the Product Development and Commercialization (PD&C) plan for the selected asset and the achievement of key milestones Build the LatAm strategy for new brands T 24 in coordination with the Worldwide, ICON and LatAm Teams Guide the local teams on the Speed to Market and Launch executions plans for all brands moving to T - 12 Organize launch readiness reviews for brands ranging from T 12 to T + 6 Work closely with the Medical, regulatory, access and R&D teams in order to improve approval dates of the New portfolio Shaping the products for competitive profile that achieves pricing, reimbursement, access and penetration for favorable shareholder return by developing target product profile and creating economic value dossier Explore potential scenarios for alternative commercial models (such as : distributors, virtual promotion, 3rd party execution) Represents Argentina at any relevant Inter-exchange meeting organized by the WW teams for Brands at T 12 to T + 6 stage Continuously review Resource allocation to make strategic choices and maximize the value of the portfolio Collaborate in leading the coordination and execution of POA, Interchange and other Meetings Work closely to BI&A in Budget, Projections and execution of local assessments for new products and core indications.
Liaise with markets to ensure adequate and on time Go-to-Market resources Role Qualifications : Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
5+ years of commercial experience preferred Commercial or similar experience in LATAM markets strongly desired. Demonstrated record of success in launching and commercialization of specialty products in markets / regions is desirable Success in effectively communicating and influencing decisions with senior management.
Ability to flex across different types of cultures, work, complexities, business situations and matrix partners. Mastery in setting commercialization (marketing, sales and market research) and life cycle management processes.
Understanding of regulatory policies and impact of public relations and IP / data protection (Market or region preferred).
Demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively collaborate and work across boundaries (e.g. R&D, disease mgt., marketing, external development) and building strong external relationships.
Broad and in-depth understanding of domestic and international issues relative to the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated use of communication and change management strategies / tactics to champion new ways of thinking and working.
