Project Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior Front End React Developer to be responsible for design and implement decentralized gaming experiences and UI.
Our first game is Lost Realms, a pixel based MMORPG. Users will have numerous widgets and game mechanics to interact with that will need to be optimized for web & mobile.
Additionally our websites will need to connect with relevant blockchain API’s including OpenSea, Ethereum Blockchain, Polygon Blockchain, and Web3 Wallet platforms.
Crypto experience is not necessary, but valued. The ambition is to be the best in the world at delivering blockchain gaming experiences in an intuitive and delightful manner to our users.

Role Summary
Work cross-functionally with many teams, product, technical, operations; mentor and guide junior developers.
Lead by example on coding standards, documentation, and unit test coverage.
You will be a key contributor to an expert team, requiring you to be technically creative and innovative.
This team will require you to work collaboratively to understand technical needs, evaluate solution paths for problems and discuss recommendations based on your knowledge and experience.
You will be required to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with high coding standards and technical design.
You must be smart, resourceful, self-motivated, have high-energy and be a passionate team player.
You must be a self-starter and self-initiator
Job Requirements
Experience building Responsive websites using ReactJS, NodeJS and Webpack.
Experience in client-side scripting, libraries, and structures which include HTML5, CSS, Javascript / Typescript, XML and JSON
Understanding of Content Stack and Content Stack integration with ReactJs
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Strong proficiency in consuming REST APIs
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Experience writing unit tests for JavaScript
Experience with Responsive Web Design
Plus :
Experience in Web3 development and Smart Contract interactions.
Experience in Web Game development background.
Expertise in full web stack development; creating and consuming REST APIs
Expertise in tools, techniques and frameworks like Backend as a Service solutions, event-driven architecture, and service orchestration.
Experience with usage or React Hooks
A test-first development approach to integrate unit testing.
