Leads the technical sales process to align Amdocs solutions with the customer’s technical and business requirements.
What will your job look like?
Establish effective communication with customer executives and technical managers
Serve as a single point of contact with the customer on all technical aspects throughout the sale cycle
Understand customer business and technical needs, and be able to put together and propose customized solutions.
Provide domain expertise and technical consulting, beyond product knowledge. Become the customer’s Trusted Advisor.
Prepare and perform detailed presentations, product demonstrations and workshops.
Respond to RFIs and RFPs
Define PoC requirements and supervise their preparation & execution
Serve as an internal focal point for communicating customer requirements to Sales / Marketing / Product-Management.
May provide on-demand Delivery support and post-sales consulting.
All you need is...
College degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
Experience in Telecom industry, or a Telecom Provider.
As part of the above, minimum 4 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer / consultant.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Telecom architectures & technologies
Software development & SQL experience advantage
Fluent in English (Speaking clear and understandable, Reading and Writing)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
