    JLL seeks an experienced business development manager to partner with internal stakeholders in the pursuit of winning new business, prospecting, outreaching and cross selling to new and existing clients in South Latin America.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advisory support and implementing proposal strategies that maximize wins and drive continuous improvements to JLL’s pitch and proposal process, including initial prospecting, RFI / RFP responses and presentations.

    Additionally, the self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our regional Marketing, and Digital Marketing team as well as our own Marketing team.

    Location : Capital Federal, Argentina.

    Schedule : Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Collaborates with sales professionals to develop strategies and value propositions for proposals, presentations, and other pursuit-related materials.

    Develops customized, professional-quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client / prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals.

    Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, attending networking events, marketing activation, etc.

    Effective market pipeline management and reportingActs as the project manager on pursuits; ensuring the right team is in place, timelines are communicated, content owners are identified, and the right resources are in place to execute.

    Completes due diligence and competitive analyses for new business pursuits including research, analytics, data mining and data collection.

    Reviews RFP specifications. Researches and resolves complex issues pertaining to RFP responses. Develops and edits proposal and presentation content in addition to other marketing and pitch materials for new business pursuits.

    Ensures compliance with all RFP requirements.Manages multiple proposals simultaneouslyPerforms copy editing and proofreading of all proposal content to rapidly produce clear and accurate documents and meet all deadlines.

    Participates in and schedules preparation conference calls, considers strategic approach ideas for the meeting, gathers / creates graphics, compiles content, designs presentations, flip books, interactive PDFs, brochures, placemats, websites, banners, etc.

    Maintains a library of standard marketing collateral materials, case studies, broker biographies and practice area material to aid in new business pursuits and current client retention.

    Continuously brings forward new ways to present material to improve pitch materials and proposals on an ongoing basis.Ability to help experts within the business articulate their messages succinctly and effectively.

    Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values. Provides excellent customer service.

    Experience / Qualifications

    Fluency in verbal and written English, desired4-6 years of sales experience, 2+ years of sales management experiencePresentation and communication skills requiredDetail orientation and organization skills requiredProfessional degree preferred (architecture / sales / marketing)Ability to establish and nurture relationships with high executivesBusiness development experienceExperience with a CRM platform (Salesforce or similar)Project Management / Construction / Commercial real estate sales experience a plusAbility to penetrate new markets


    5+ years of professional experience in business development including proposal writing and presentations for a large organization.

    Track record of success demonstrated successful projectsExceptional ability to research, write and edit effectively across a variety of formats- executive summaries, proposals, presentations and talking pointsHigh level of energy, creativity and orientation towards value-add results.

    Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office Suite. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Ability to work under deadlines, both independently, within a team and with diverse stakeholders.
