The role is to be the O365 Architect for one of our clients - Will act as the last line of defense for all O365 Messaging issues and overall owner of the O365 Messaging architecture.
L1 and L2 support teams will provide initial support for all O365 Messaging issues and will escalate to the architect when needed.
Interact with Microsoft whenever required to leverage Product support. Owns the overall architecture and approve changes or provide recommendations to improve.
Participate to project as SME and validate that proposed changes are consistent with client strategies and policies. Provide integration recommendations and support to connect Office 365 Services to On Premise infrastructure.
Evaluate and manage the change and change timescales of upcoming Exchange on line features and adoption these changes. Manage Exchange Online policy change, reports, federation, mail scan and flow configurations.
