Eaton is looking for a Sales Lead Representative based in our Buenos Aires office to join our team.He / She will be responsible for : Responsible for achieving sales target related to assigned segment / accounts in Argentina.

The professional will prospect, contact and visit potential and existing customers exploring new market opportunities to sell Eaton products.

He / she will be responsible for preparing, checking and sending sales proposals based on customers' expectations and market needs following Eaton's methodologies and procedures.

  • Achieve and increase sales targets in the assigned segment / accounts - USD 1MM as minimum target+ Develop new customers and increase market share+ Ensure customer satisfaction regarding products and service+ Manage relationship with potential and existing customers+ Monitor competence actions and strategies inside customers+ Knowledge of market trends in order to improve Eaton products positioning inside customers+ Drive sales according to inventory levels and targeted DOH"When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we - as individuals and as a company - are stronger.

    LI-DC1 QualificationsExperience Required : + Bachelor's in Engineering+ Experience with Sales of electrical products+ Knowledge of Electrical / Energy market + Experience with market development strategies+ Intermediate English Skills We make what matters work.
