About the teamThe Growth and Expansion Strategic Partners team is responsible for developing and growing key strategic alliances in support of FIS' Geographic, Industry and Acceptance growth and expansion aspirations.

A cross functional team supporting Pay, Bank and Invest, including all Merchant Solutions lines of business, the team is focussed on building and maintaining best in class alliances to support and grow our breadth of service.

What you will be doingYou will support the FIS group across Pay, Bank and Invest including the merchant lines of business in relation to Latin American regional connections and partnerships.

Predominantly this role will be in support of the Enterprise eCommerce Business. You will be responsible for the negotiation of all new and additional payment types, revenue share agreements and gateway connections.

Leading commercial negotiations and working closely with legal on contractual negotiations. You will be instrumental in working with Product and Engineering to drive delivery of best in class partner solutions.

You will be responsible for the management of all existing regional connections delivering first class partner relationship management to ensure best relationship between FIS and the partner and ensuring best in price solutions.

The role requires ongoing contract review, managing volume against contract terms+ Lead negotiations with all payment brands to obtain licences across the eCommerce Geographic Expansion plan+ Drive commercial and contractual requirements with payment brands+ Lead technical infrastructure planning with payment brands to determine strategy and execution+ Set up ongoing infrastructure to support Business as Usual post go live+ Develop and maintain multi-layered relationship management strategiesWhat you bring : + A deep knowledge of the payments industry developed over a ten year plus career in the payments industry+ Commercial experience gained through customer and supplier / partner negotiations+ Relationship management experience.

  • Managing relationships with internal and external parties, customers, suppliers, partners+ Strong communication skills; able to clearly communicate with others both verbally and non-verbally and influence outcomes adapting styles to suit varying audiences+ Natural collaborator;
  • able to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally+ Ability to manage conflicting priorities and exceed expectations of key stakeholders+ Solution-orientated;
  • able to identify root cause issues and be creative and innovative to develop solutions+ Self-aware, with a flexible, enthusiastic attitude with a strong drive to deliver and take ownershipAdded bonus if you have : + In-depth, commercial, technical, operational and knowledge and experience of Worldpay formed from previous detailed internal roles+ Experience of program management of complex technical and operational programs of work+ Ability to build presentations + Experience delivering presentations to global audiencesWhat we offer you
