You are responsible for + Billing / Invoices : you will learn about the Invoicing process for public entities. Shipping and tracking service billing.

Stamping process of Purchase orders from public Clients. + Suppliers- you will be introduced to Abiba buying, you will learn how to register new suppliers, request quotes and Purchase orders, approve invoices.

  • SALES SUPPORT - general sales support for the commercial team in order to close deals, make contracts and notify sales.
  • WARRANTIES - you will learn how to request the different types or warranties for both public and private entities. Follow up on expiration dates and retrieve of warranties for closure.
  • Contracts and Due Diligence Process. You will be trained on the ICON-tool used to make contracts, performance evaluation and due diligence process for agents, distributors, and dealers.
  • TENDERS - you will learn how to search for tenders, how to analyze a tender document and prepare all the documentation for submission of an offer.
  • Follow up after submission, win loss analysis. Contact with public and private entities. + Key Performance Indicators, Metrics and continuous improvement.

  • as part of our daily management you will be introduce to LEAN concepts, key performance indicators and metrics, to measure our work and find our deviations.
  • We are the owners of our processes and it will be expected to make process reviews and process improvements. You are a part of The Back Office sales support department, carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales, tenders and service.

  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience + Student of Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Bio-medicine, Biomedical engineering or related courses;
  • Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent; + Good analytical skills, and problem-solving skills; + Capable of setting priorities and give relevant inputs.
