Job SummaryThe SSB Area Manager is responsible for develop and execution the Business Plan and Sales Strategies for Solutions Business Units to meet or exceed annual sales goals and archive market share growth.
The individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customer and partners network in assigned territory to ensure effective and efficient for the business.
Generate business intelligence thru a clear understanding of the Market and knowledge of who and where the competitors are and their trends, communicating changes as appropriate.
Understanding customer’s key business drivers and influence their Decision Makers to sponsor RA’s technology and products.
Drive accountability of Sales Team to maximize the growth of the business.
Develop and execute an Annual Business Plan to generate growth and capture market share.
Execute and improve the GDSP : Funnel Management, Must Wins Opportunities and Migration & Conversion Target to accomplish Sales Goals.
Analyze market conditions, evaluate RA and Competitors market share and be aware of trends affecting customers and marketplace.
Maintain direct business relationship with volume and key customers Decision Makers, identifying their need and propose solutions to retain existing business, generate new business and improve customer loyalty.
Support the Sales Force to increase footprint in target customer and improve loyalty
Establish appropriate metrics to track the success.
Review periodically the metrics and execution of Annual Business Plan.
Actively participate with RA and Partner Network in identifying and closing major opportunities.
Leverage with technology, doing pre sales proof of concept, been able to promote the value-add of the assigned products in competitive situations and collaborating in the Win Strategy Process to engagements.
