Growth & Engagement Specialist
Discovery Networks Latin America is looking for a digital media professiona l that can drive results against defined metrics and set a standard of best practices and insights for content creation and distribution to further drive performance in our O&O platforms.
He or she will coordinate the entire project lifecycle and develop and implement marketing techniques that engages and entertains our fans while meeting growth, engagement and monetization goals.
He or she will also contribute in monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
The Specialist will work closely across various departments to ensure a coherent message in sync with network initiatives while achieving Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Daily Motion and YouTube) and O&O platforms (DiscoveryKidsPlus.
com and Discovery.com) performance goals.
Ensure the CRM system provides an effective audience funnel
Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
Build and execute a digital marketing strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Distribution, Comms, Programing and Legal Team) to help achieve their digital goals.
Monitor trends in digital space and recommend innovative techniques
Minimum three year of experience in the field of Digital Marketing
Fluency in English
Education : Master in Communications, Journalism or New media
Ambitious, solution-oriented, positive and open-minded.
Proficient in developing and executing strategies on CRM systems and digital analytics tools knowledge
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
