Purpose of role : The main purposes are :
The main purposes are :
Lead the CAP process for the AMBA General Trade (traditional trade + self-services + national wholesalers). Outlet universe : 35.000 POS.
Manage and execute the commercial calendar and orchestrate all activity at the POS to beat the competition, always through our local partner.
Represents customer’ and shopper’ in the Joined Up Business Planning process, is the expert in brand activation at the Moment of Choice and acts as advisor for brand communication at different shopper touch-
points along the path to drive sell out.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities :
Brilliantly execute a commercial calendar of promotions and brand activities
Create the conditions and bring OTIF tools to outperform competition
Track execution to course correct as needed to overcome performance targets
12months rolling forecast by brand by channel based on Sell Out Baseline + Building Blocks.
Equip local partner to deliver brilliant customer plans
Account plans collated - channel plan feasibility checked. Risks mitigated and opportunities captured
Growth drivers prioritization by channel
Execution standards prioritization by channel
Monitor Activities are executed on Time and in Full.
Qualifications and Experience Required :
2-4 years of experience in the Off trade.
Track record of success in : brand activation, sales, crafting of commercial strategic and tactical plans combining economic, consumer, and trade goal, task management, cost center management, and change management.
Understanding of and passion for customer and consumer / shopper
Superb inter-personal skills and ability to work well within teams.
Great project management skills
