Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de trabajo en Argentina a un INGENIERO DE SERVICIO el cual pueda apoyar al cliente en la solución remota de sus problemas técnicos en sus equipos y también que los atienda en campo de ser necesario entre algunas otras responsabilidades Para ello requerimos un perfil meramente técnico ingeniería con 1 a 2 años de experiencia altamente deseable en equipos medicos y con alta habilidad en cuanto a atención al cliente trabajo en equipo resolución de problemas y pensamiento analítico Ofrecemos sueldo competitivo beneficios horario de oficina de lunes a Viernes automóvil y herramientas de trabajo bono por desempeño entre otras Position Responsibilities Solve problems both remotely and in the field to the delight of customers Solve the customer s problem at once in the first contact Focuses on repair issues with support from the COE team Offers customer and CSH solution in time and at the lowest possible cost Establish good communications and relationships with customers Responsible for ordering and managing parts Timely and effective repair of customer equipment Monitor the scheduling processes and communicate at the appropriate level regarding equipment problems or customer satisfaction problems Ensures data integrity in call reporting expense reporting and other administrative requirements Diagnose repair equipment according to established processes documents service manuals and software tools Performs the maintenance installation of the equipment according to the specifications Performs systems verification in accordance with policies and procedures Train and provide simple repair information to customers to operate your system Know the knowledge of the system customer to maximize system performance and customer satisfaction Required Skills Education High technical skills electrical mechanical software networking Excellent team skills and team skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent analytical problem solving skills Time management skills Able to think critically Able to interact effectively with a wide range of employees from customers to managers Experience with all Windows platforms Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer relationship communication skills The person must be able to work with minimal supervision Demonstrated ability to use a communication tool for example pager voicemail e mail etc Proven knowledge and applications of network management systems network client server support network troubleshooting network administration and network performance analysis tools Desired Skills Technical knowledge of medical equipment repair Two or more years of experience in repairing medical equipment
