In this position you will be taking inbound calls from healthcare service providers( hospitals, clinics, doctor offices, labs etc) and answering benefit questions about patients.
This is a fast paced environment, where you will be expected to adhere to program metrics around call handle time, schedule adherence, and quality of calls.
In addition you must be able to navigate multiple computer systems seamlessly.
