MediaMonks is looking for a rockstar Finance Admin to help manage the books at the most awesome creative production company on the planet.

In this full-time position based at our brand new Buenos Aires office, you’ll put the pedal to the metal with our global team for one of our biggest clients in Europe.


  • Ensuring we have better visibility on our expenses.
  • Driving standardization and smooth out our payment approval process.
  • Managing our supplier administration.
  • Keeping an eye on our travel expenses.
  • Entering sales orders into our financial system (Exact).
  • Managing financial administration and documents.
  • Assisting the team in sending out friendly (but firm) reminders for invoices and sales order entries.
  • Preparing suspense-account overviews for our global team of controllers in Amsterdam.
  • Chasing accounts receivable without breaking a sweat.
  • Processing sales invoices like it’s second nature (or just something you get paid to do).
  • Helping out with various other finance, sales and controlling tasks.

  • Can-do attitude is a must! You thrive on assisting your colleagues and roll up your sleeves to meet deadlines and help keep the ship running full steam ahead.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a similar capacity; finance and / or administration.
  • Fluency in English; bonus points for German.
  • Totally familiar with Microsoft Office. Experience with pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation and VLookup are required.
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail not all currencies are made equal.
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Able to successfully juggle various tasks and switch between them seamlessly.
  • An associate degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred (but not required).
  • Prior experience with Exact Globe or Deltek Workbook is a nice-to-have.
